Finger Pinch
When doctors like pinch your finger tips, what are they looking for?
and you know how sometimes the color or the fleshy part or w.e. comes back or up fast what does that mean? And if its slow?
I think you are referring to something called "capillary refill". When a doctor pinches the end of the finger, they are squeezing out the blood already in the capillaries at the end of the finger -the pinkness under the nail will then be blanched white. We are then looking to see how fast the blood refills the capillaries and returns the pinkness under the nail. For most healthy people, we expect this will take less than 2 seconds. In some people, eg those with arterial disease, diabetes or certain respiratory problems then the time to refill is extended, because it takes longer for the blood to flow back into the tips of the fingers. So, a doctor who does this, is looking to see if there are any signs in your fingers whether you have evidence of disease. You can try it yourself just by pressing the end of the finger nail down and seeing how long the colour takes to return. Hope this helps.

Finger Pinch

Using finger picking techniques to play guitar makes your music more interesting and varied. Flat-picking guitarist does not give a chance to collect more notes simultaneously to play in octaves or explore the possibilities of the finger style technique known as Travis picking. A selector finger qualified to create the illusion of more than one guitar being played. Play guitar finger-picking style is said to be born with ragtime music. It was part of an era at the beginning of blues music and was very popular played on the piano. It was not long before guitar players use their fingers to pick up melodies in imitation of the ragtime pianists.
When you play guitar finger-picking technique you can use the meat of your fingertips to pluck the strings, or you can make nails grow a little more about your right to give a clearer, which corresponds to flat picking. You can also adjust any thumbpick and / or finger picks your picking hand. This is the best option if you play electric guitar strings or steel because steel strings can be hard on my nails.
Travis Picking was developed by a country guitarist named Merle Travis. It is a simple technique that sounds more technically demanding than it really is. Generally, the thumb plays the bass strings, which are strings of the fifth and sixth using an alternative model for low. The index is the third chain ring finger the second string and third finger plays the first string. Or you can simplify your game using the index or the index and ring to play the notes of the melody. Assigning strings to particular fingers is just a way to start your finger picking on a disciplined way, rather than a hard and fixed rules. You'll find that your technique and increase your confidence that you will use chords where your bass notes may at the fourth and third strings, so you will be different from your technique accordingly.
To get hit by Travis picking just fret A-minor chord and start picking alternating bass strings on the fifth and fourth.
Here is your contract. . .

. . . and select your model on the fifth and fourth strings:
1 2 3 4
D ------ 2 ---------- 2
A -0 ---------- 0 -----
Now you can use the index or middle finger and ring finger to throw in random notes that adapt to your way of alternating bass. To start you off, here is your alternating bass with a few notes thrown in. Just use the index to pick the notes of the melody on the strings, first and second. Note that this model starts with a pinch of "when you play your bass and melody notes simultaneously.

E -0 -------------------- 0
B --------- 1 ----- 1 -------
G -----------------------
D ------ 2 ------------ 2 ---
A -0 ---------- 0 ----------

When you begin to see what can be done with finger-picking guitar techniques, you will also see that your games, which tracks a note will be slower than if you use your plectrum. Speed Limit Reading can be overcome by working on the election of the thumb. Thumbs can be fast enough if you use the "rest stroke. This technique used in flamenco and classical guitar where the thumb chooses a note and stopped on the line below. The scores obtained will be much stronger than if you simply used free stroke where your thumb moves outward from the chain. As you become more familiar with finger-picking you will develop confidence to use pull-offs and hammer-ons to increase your picking finger.
